On Monday 16 & Tuesday 17 July 2012 the Olympic Flame entered West Sussex on Days 59 and 60 of the country-wide Torch Relay.
Almost twenty different communities within West Sussex were chosen to form part of the Flame's route through the county, and more than 150 inspiring people carried the Torch. You can read some of their stories here.
Day 59: 16 July 2012
Rogate, Midhurst, Easebourne, Tillington, Petworth, Duncton, Chichester, North Bersted, South Bersted, Bognor Regis, Woodgate, Westergate, Arundel, Worthing & Lancing.
The Relay then moved on to West Blatchington and an evening celebration at Brighton & Hove.
Day 60: 17 July 2012
Crawley, Copthorne, Felbridge, East Grinstead - watch out for Dromos here!
The Relay then left West Sussex for Tunbridge Wells.
