31 October and 3 December mark 1000 days to the opening ceremonies of the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Schools and colleges across the UK are being encouraged to use the 1,000 day countdown as a hook for learning, and as an opportunity to introduce the Olympic and Paralympic Values to pupils.
Free resources are available to help students make the most of this countdown moment. For primary aged students, the resources are designed to add value to numeracy lessons. The secondary pack includes a range of resources which use the Games and the Values, to help students consider their aspirations and what it takes to achieve them.
